Why I love my kids...
So, Brooklyn caught Brayden's cold and was up a lot the other night, which made for a very tired Mom. After I put Brooklyn down for her nap, I told Brayden that he needed to be very quiet for his "Quiet Time" and not to wake me up while I took a nap. Well, I actually got a little nap in, and as I was waking up I heard little footsteps running into my room and back out. A few minutes later, there were more little footsteps and I decided to really wake up and open my eyes. This is what I saw.

"Mommy, I made you some ships to help you feel better." I love my boy!
This evening as I was getting dinner ready, Brooklyn was needing attention. I stuck her on the counter while I cooked and talked to her. Well, as I had my back to her, she decided to feed our little goldfish, Jeffrey. What would a one year old feed a goldfish? Goldfish Crackers of course. I don't know if this makes him a fish-cannible or not, but he actually really liked them.

Brooklyn, I love you baby girl!
